Yury brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investments, cross-border transactions, and business development, with a proven track record of executing deals that deliver exceptional returns through innovative strategies and disciplined negotiation. His expertise spans early-stage analysis, sales leadership, and scaling ventures, making him adept at identifying opportunities and forging strategic partnerships in dynamic markets. Key achievements include turning a $12,000 real estate-backed investment into $105,000 in 34 months at age 20; expanding a distressed car rental business from one to 20 locations in 15 months via proprietary remote management systems; and serving as a G20 delegate, where he collaborated with global leaders to create entrepreneurial ecosystem playbooks now adopted by multiple countries.

 

Early in his career, Yury honed his analytical skills as an investment banking analyst focused on publicly traded opportunities. He later transitioned to high-impact sales and business development roles, beginning as a sales manager for wholesale oil products, where he earned the "Biggest Sales Value" award for outstanding B2B performance. 

Yury holds a master's degree in mathematical models in economics and management and pursued PhD studies in mechanical engineering before focusing on entrepreneurial pursuits.
